Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Punch Point Technologies LLC ("Punch Point," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Punch Point mobile app, web portal, and website (together, the "Service").

Who uses Punch Point

Punch Point is provided to businesses (our "Customers") so their workers can track time and their managers can review it. If you use Punch Point through your employer, your employer controls your account and the time data associated with it. Questions about how your employer uses that data should go to them.

Information we collect

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we use information

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

Data retention

We keep information for as long as your employer's account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Customers can request deletion of their data when they stop using Punch Point.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. Each Customer's data is kept separate from other Customers'.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your employer or emailing us at home@punchpoint.us. Some time records may need to be kept for your employer's payroll or legal requirements.

Children

Punch Point is intended for use by working adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let Customers know.
